January 13 - 19
3 hrs - Second of weekly meetings I attended. About 20 of us spent the evening hashing out the mission statement for the group and what we were about.
3 hrs - Met later in the week with Cy and Stacey to further discuss the project - including the festival, the magazine, the website, and organization. Created a Wikispace for the group:

4 hrs - Developing and writing proposal for the project.
January 20 - 26
3hrs - Weekly meeting; discussed development of the website and other objectives and roles that need to be filled on the production side and the festival side.
3 hrs - Researching open source management systems and Joomla. Watched introductory and tutorial videos; explored Joomla site and how to get started; researched other projects that have been done with Joomla.
3 hrs - Met with Cy and Mikkae to discuss Dreamtime and elements that we would like to include in our festival and website. Set up a Myspace page and Gmail account. Tried to get a Facebook group going.
1 hr - Readings
3 hrs - Further development and personalization of proposal with focus on web development.
